I have been working as a teacher of English at Tallinn University since 2015. Both my BA paper in 2016 and MA paper in 2018 focused on fields related to second language acquisition and ESP. The title of my BA paper was The Noticing Hypothesis and Acquiring English Vocabulary through Sports Terms by Estonian L1 Speakers and the title of my MA paper was Teaching Aviation English at the Estonian Aviation Academy: A Case Study. Working towards the ICAO Standards. I have been teaching ESP for the last 3-4 years; in addition to that, I specialise in Morphology and Syntax, English Phonetics and Culture and Society of English-speaking Countries. Furthermore, I have also been part of the team responsible for admission and proficiency examinations and a co-lecturer in the Foreign Language Teaching Methodology course. At the moment I am the head coordinator of Teaching Practice at Tallinn University regarding MA students in the field of Foreign Language Teachers.
