The aim of the kick-off meeting (Transnational Project Meeting 1, TPM1) was to discuss project preliminaries and financial regulations, overview the project structure, goals and objectives, anticipate problem areas and come up with countermeasures, as well as to introduce the framework for cooperation on the Intellectual Output 1 (IO1).

We presented our institutions and had a chance to meet, even if only online, and get to know each other. We discussed and drafted a schema for a country and international report on the state of language teaching in Higher Education Institutions and decided on the role and content of a teacher survey we wanted to conduct.
