I work as an assistant professor of French at Tallinn University. Besides teaching French I am also a teacher trainer of future foreign language teachers. I defended my PhD in educational psychology, I focused on novice teachers’ motivation, perceptions of self-efficacy and school climate. I also belong to the worldwide community of Self-Determination Theory. For 4 years I have worked as a coordinator of English for Specific Purposes and have helped to establish a well functioning system at Tallinn University. My research interests include teachers and students’ motivation, sense of community, language acquisition, CLIL, and ESP.
