Pedro Quintino de Sousa (PhD 2016) is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at the University of Algarve, where he teaches English Language and Culture and English writing and speaking (academic and non-academic). He is a teacher and vice-director for the Portuguese as Foreign Language courses. Previous lectures include Literary Criticism and Portuguese Literature. His research interests include the intersections between Literature and Philosophy and English culture, language and writing. Member of the Arts and Communication Research Center (CIAC) at University of Algarve and collaborator to the Academy of Ideas (former Institute of Ideas, London) and the British Council.
