We decided to divide our work on the reports on the state of English teaching at tertiary level in the partner countries into two meeting.

In Porugal, we finally met to incorporate the findings of the reports into IO2 and IO3 (TE-Con3 model) and to brainstorm on the ideas and the avenues we want to pursue.

The key aim of TPM2 (both May and September edition) was to share the results of all partners’ work on IO1:

• reporting on the results of the teacher surve:
• reviewing the primary sources and policy documents to be used in the EHE final report draft;
• presentations of the EHE national reports by partner countries;
• discussion of the main points of the final EHE report.
